The CSA Claims Department Pledges the Following to All Insured Clients:
- Claim forms are issued the same day a notification of a claim is received.
- On receipt of your completed claims form, it will be assigned to a representative who will manage the file to resolution. Personal contact is made on every claim filed.
- All correspondence and required documentation are processed in a timely manner.
- Phone calls are returned within one business day (most calls are returned on the same day they are received).
