The majority of the tickets that FlightNetwork sells are non-refundable. This is due to the fact that they are very restrictive.  The lower the price, the more restrictive the ticket and because FlightNetwork offers the lowest priced tickets possible, this is why they are so restrictive when it comes to refunds, cancellations and changes. 

If a ticket is refundable according to the airline fare rules, the entire refund process can take anywhere between 4-6 weeks.  If a ticket is voided and the refund amount did not settled with the airlines billing and settlement plan, it may not show up on your account as a transaction. It will simply be voided.

If a ticket is voided, and amount has settled, the refund process can take approximately 3-5 business days.

Depending on the type of ticket purchased, a refund can only be processed back to the original form of payment. Note: Some ticket refunds will be processed via cheque payment. In case of cheque payment, please allow an additional 10 days for it to be delivered over and above to 4-6 week refund processing time.

When an authorization is taken on a visa debit card and the file is cancelled, it can take up to 50 days for the bank to drop the authorization. If this has happened to you, you should approach your bank to do a charge back due to “services not rendered”.

Price Drop Protection™ redemption refunds will happen when price drop dollars earned from a previous booking are applied to your new booking. Please note that the full fare must be paid and the price drop dollars are refunded to you in a separate transaction. We will send the cheque to the address on file within 2-3 business days of booking, please allow up to two weeks for the cheque to reach you in the mail.
