I Haven't Received My Electronic Ticket

Depending on the type of flight ticket purchased, an electronic ticket will be issued and emailed to the address provided at the time of booking.  Some tickets are instant purchase, meaning that you will receive an electronic ticket immediately.  Others however, are not and your ticket could take 1-2 business days to be issued. 

Please ensure that the email address you've entered during the booking purchase is accurate.  Please check your junk/bulk mail folder to make sure you haven't missed it.  If you have not received your e-ticket copy by email within 3 business days, please visit our e-tickets page.  If you still cannot find your ticket, please call us at 1-877-496-4815.

Vacation package e-documents will be issued and emailed by the tour operator directly at least 2 weeks prior to departure.
