1. You will be required to cancel your trip immediately with Flight Network or the Airline directly no later than 1 business day following the initial cause of cancellation.
2. For Manulife policies please contact the Assistance Center on the same day of cancellation, if possible at 1-800-211-9093 or 1-519-251-7821 collect where available.
