I booked a Price Drop Protected Vacation Package with your Call Centre but I don't see my booking in My FlightNetwork® Account?

Vacation Package bookings that are made over the telephone‚ also referred to as "offline" bookings‚ and do qualify for Price Drop Protection™ however‚ bookings made offline "manually" using a booking system outside of www.FlightNetwork®.com are not Price Drop Protected. If this is the case‚ you will be notified ahead of time by your FlightNetwork® Call Center Agent.

Bookings made by our Call Centre agents that are eligible will appear under My Trips in your My FlightNetwork® Account just as bookings made online would. If you do not see your booking in your My FlightNetwork® Account‚ please contact our Call Centre Agents for assistance toll free at 1-877-496-4813 or locally at 905-829-8699.

REMEMBER: Call Centre Agents can only assist you with booking Price Drop Protected Flights. The process for earning Price Drops and redeeming Price Drops must be done by the customer ONLINE via My FlightNetwork®.
