I applied my Price Drop Protection™ Dollars but was charged the total amount of the booking on my credit card. Why is that?

The Airline or Tour Operator requires full payment in order for them to issue a ticket, package or sale. The discount received for the price drop dollars are given to you from FlightNetwork® for booking with us and participating in our program. It is required to pay the full cost to the airline or Tour Operator, which you will subsequently be refunded in the form of a cheque by FlightNetwork® [c/o the credit card holder at the billing address provided at time of booking]. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. All cheques issued are in CAD funds.
